Awaiting delivery over for over 24hrs

We bought a chest freezer on the 17th of December with the promise that it will be delivered the next day in the morning. We have been waiting for the delivery since and today it is the 19th. Every time we call the store we are told that the goods are on the way. This is pathetic service because the goods are definitely not reaching their destination. I am appalled and have no care for their excuses that they have a shortage of vans. They should make means to cater for their customers.
