Awaiting a refund since OCTOBER 2020
I have posted a complaint regarding your awful PicknPay ASAP service on the 10 February. I was given a reference number but to date have still not received any contact. I have been trying to get assistance from LAST YEAR OCTOBER regarding my refund for an order which was never deleived to me after 5 HOURS OF WAITING! Please can somebody contact me as soon as possible because this is beyond ridiculous. My reference number:***
