Avoid PNP online shopping

So disappointed with PNP online shopping. Placed an order online to be delivered on Saturday and 4 items were missing. I called and was promised delivery on Monday morning.. Still haven't received anything. Calls keep getting cut at call center and no-one can tell me when the order will be delivered. AND more money was debited from my account than what the invoice states? Not a happy customer.
