Avoid Picknpay clothing online

I registered on picknpay online clothing and ordered clothes. The transaction went off my credit card, 3 weeks ago. Uptill now I haven't received any thing. When I try to log into my account to see my order status, there is no history... I don't understand. I contact several customer care numbers but nobody can help me. There is like no clothing department contact number.
