Avoid Pick n Pay when you are pregnant

I went shopping at Pick n pay Evaton Mall and their customer service is disgusting. After I had conducted my shopping and about to exit the store the staff at the exit refused to let me leave with the trolley to my car parked in the premises. He boldly told me that their new trolleys do not leave the store. It being month end I had purchased a significantly large amount of groceries. The staff refusef to help me carry the groceries to my car even though they could see that I'm heavily pregnant and even after I communicated that I'm 8 months pregnant anf it would be hard and possibly fatal for me to carry those groceries on my own . I had to carry all those groceries on my own. They have no regard for customers at all.

Reviewer Update
Since thier response on this site, no one has made contact with me and as a result the matter remains unresolved. My life and that of my unborn child was put in great danger and I am seeking legal advice in yhis regard. In future I would rather drive to Riverside Boulevard to do my grocery shopping safely at another store. I will not set foot at Pick n Pay ever and seriously advise any pregnant woman to do the same.
