Avoid asap!
Pick 'n Pay owes me a refund since 02/09 after my order was cancelled because their systems cannot deal with Tymebank. I am still waiting. So far I have dealt with the following people in the call centre: Buhle, Farazanah, Kiesia, Figo, Noor(Team leader) and Yolanda. I also gave Yolanda my bank details of an alternative bank to deposit the refund in. None of them did what they promised they would do. There is no dispute that I should get the refund. They are just incapable of doing it. Pathetic Pick 'n Pay!
