ATTITUDE PROBLEM

On the 06 March 2015, I went to to buy some few items,proudly using pick n pay product called MONEY MOBILE only to find that the staff don't know a thing about it, even if I explain it to them, all she was giving me is attitude and every body was looking at me like a mad woman-I even requested to see the Super Visor, and she only know when you withdraw money and pay but Not paying using the MONEY MOBILE. I think the staff needs training about the product (by means of how to use our modern technology) The other thing that she did wrong was: on the BRAND MATCH, I had R 6.81 off my next purchase, she did deducted off but didn't't get a copy of a till slip from me
