Atrocious service from Pick & Pay ASAP yet again

Besides my ASAP order being delivered 2 hours later than the estimated time, I received my order with missing items. Order was placed at 13:39 only to have it delivered at 18:00.

I've reported this and no one has even bothered to contact me.

Absolutely terrible service from Pick & Pay yet again...This is not the first instance. Previous issue was never resolved, having no one respond to my ticket thus far leave me with little hope
