Atrocious service from Pick n Pay Customer Service

I purchased 2 cardigans from Pick n Pay clothing around 17 Dec 2020. I wore one twice and the other once. Both Jerseys pulled loose on the ribbing and is not wearable. I lodged a complaint on 16 Jan 2021 when I returned from leave with their customer complaints (online). I got a response on 27 January and they requested more information which I provided. To date, I have had no feedback and no resolution. Atrocious customer service.
