Atrocious Service!!!

I just got back from Pick n Pay Goodwood mall and got the most pathetic service. First I stood for 10 minutes after asking for assistance at the customer service counter because there was no one there. Then Lindiwe who assisted me treated me like I was a nuisance and inconveniencing her by asking her to assist me at the counter to return goods. She was most certainly not friendly! When she was done she dismissively just looked at me and told me "you can go!" As far as I'm concerned she can do with some training in customer service!!! Atrocious service!!!!
