Atrocious delivery service-Pick n Pay

I placed an online order on Saturday for delivery on Tuesday because I couldn’t get the items I wanted on the app. I eventually got some of my items at almost 9pm on Tuesday. After checking the items a little later than the delivery I realized 18 items were not delivered. I called the driver immediately and he wanted to come back to confirm what was not delivered. He called me on Wednesday morning and I confirmed the items that was not delivered and he confirmed it since he did not give me the invoice and was not given a cooler bag. He advised it would be delivered today. It is 8:41pm now and I am still waiting!

What atrocious service!

I will never order from Pick n Pay again and stick to Checkers instead! Even your Twitter social media management promised to sort it out and not even a call from anyone today. I had to do the calling again and was told it’s on its way.
