Atrocious Business Practices

Firstly I was charged for a item I didn't receive, I then reported it as it was alarming and an ********* business practice. A manager Vuka called to apologize and get the details which I didn't have on the day. He promised to call back last week Wednesday, to date he hasn't called even after I went to the store to give him the information. Surely he condones such bad behaviour. Please check your receipts when buying from Kempton Gate branch. They are *******.
