Astounding Bad Service from Manager at Pick N Pay Fairmount
Terrible service at Pick N Pay Genesis Centre in Fairmount. Tills were unmanned.
I called again and again for someone to come to the express till.
The manager who's name is Nduduzi saw me and heard me and ignored the situation even when I protested.
He had no interest in helping me or solving it.
Noone came to the till. Pathetic service!
Sadly Pick n Pay and their customer service is not what it used to be.
Irate long term and former loyal customer.

I left the store in frustration without the goods that I wanted to buy.
It's a shame that the level of service, care and attention in the store Is a depressing parallel reflection of how standards in this country have deteriorated.
