Assistance with Provident Fund Retrieval and launching a case at CCMA
Good day I would like to complain about Pick 'n Pay, Old Mutual and JAMAFO. I got unfairly dismissed by a Store Manager at Liberty Mall and up to date I haven't received my pension fund. Reason stated was "absconding," I sent him a photo as proof that my daughter is not well. JAMAFO has not been able to help me launch a case of unfair dismissal even though I have been paying them for 5 years. I got dismissed without trial due to them sending 3 consecutive telegrams in a short amount of space before even the first one could reach me. Please help me launch a case at CCMA against Pick 'n Pay of unfair dismissal and retrieval of my Provident fund.

Thank you but please note I have two queries, the first being the retrieval of my provident fund since I was dismissed in April I am yet to receive it, the second being unfair dismissal without due process after a medical report was sent to the store manager. I am enquiring if both cases will be addressed or just one since your reply was too ambiguous for my understanding.
