Assaulted/ pick n pay

Absolutely appalling service at pick n pay greenstone on saturday after paying for groceries that cost me R1600 i was stopped by the security gard because there was a beeping item in my trolly i gave the security gard the slip and he just glanced at it and told me to go without checking each every item in the trolly so i wated to report him for not properly doing his job, i asked for the store manager and i was given a run around up untili decided I wated refund because of the poor service then the store Employee by the name Mpei who claimed to the store manager called the center security whon the started harrasing me and i got carried out like ********, i was the taken down stairs where they started assualting me and locked me up in a cell
