Assaulted by a security guard and uselless manager

On The 22nd of this Month at 14:23 i was I went to your store at Soweto Hyper liquor store .On my may in into you store i had my backpack with me while i was inside the store i was attacked physically pushed around inside your liquor store threatened and harassed in front of customers for refusing to leave my backpack at a shoddy parcel counter with people whom i don't even know by your a poorly trained security guard ,i thus requested the your security guard by the name of senzo to show me a corporate policy that written down that indicates that i have to eave my backpack at the parcel counter he failed to produce or show me any written statement or policy to prove that resonate with his statements but he failed to do so .He then told me that people of my kind are not allowed into the store i then exited the store peacefully with i the went to the main store to request to speak to the store manager,while i was at the main store i spoke a very uninterested,uncouth,controlling,selfcentered,arrogant with a very bad attitude ,person by the name of Sfiso Radebe who identified himself as a store manager sifso was suppose to resolve my complain and offer a solutions to my concerns and dissatisfaction about the conduct about his security guard conduct towards me, however sfiso continued to profile me as a ******** when he said i am suppose to leave my backpack at a doggy parcel counter with a commanding tone to me i then requested to show me a written head office policy from that explains that i should leave the backpack at designated he also failed to show me any form ,sfiso never reprimanded his official for assaulting me in front of other paying customer, what he said to me was not shocking he said go an open a ******** case against the security officer .Sifiso does not value respect people who are spending money at Soweto hyper nor his colleagues sfiso should be send back to training on how to handle store complaints and how to communicate with clients and stop being pompous to people who pays his salary .i barely live in Soweto i reside in Ferndale i always shop at PNP on the republic road but i have never experienced such racial profiling where i live being treated like a ******** nor being told to leave my back pack at the parcel counter nor to be to be told be told that people of my kind are not allowed into your store.I doubt Sfiso could ever give me a any valid reasons why i should spend my money at soweto hyper after undermining me and my compliant i will never spend my money at a store where your sfiso perceives his paying customers as ********* and security guards are hooligans' .
