Asbulotely shocking service

To whom it may concern

I have just left your Arbour crossing store in Amanzimtoti absolutely shocked.

I was looking in your baby Isle as to what I still need to buy as my baby is due soon I notice you had the tommee tippee breast pump for R119.95 and next to it the exact same pump for R139.95 this was on the top shelf. I went to the till points with my pump and future life as that was on special. The cashier and packer both very friendly swiped my loyalty card and then proceed to scan my items which then was R750 I told the cashier that the breast pump was R119.95 on the shelf, she then called her supervisor for assistance which she asked me to assist her as to where I took the stock. This lady then called the manager for this section which he then came took the pump went to the Isle got the shelf talker then proceeded to the office, after waiting about 20 minutes he came back and send that the shelf talkers Barcode does not match the Barcode on the stock. I did explain that the shelf talker said tommee tippee and that's why I took it. I did not realize that as a customer I need to take every item and make sure that your stock corresponds with the Barcode. This is not the first time this has happened in your store. I am disgusted in the service.

Kind Regards
Ashleigh
