Asapp is a Useless service I have ever dealt with

Asapp is a Useless service I have ever dealt with. Doesn't even deserve a one star. Places an order 3:30 pm yesterday. Didn't receive my order. Phone at 5:30 pm to find out what's happening with my order. My order got canceled because it's too late to bring it to me. When I asked for my money back, the woman on the other side didn't know what to do. I'm really unhappy with the service and would rather go to the sixty60 app of checkers where I receive better service.
