ASAP wan't refund me for wrong order
I received a totally wrong order from ASAP! and Pick n Pay now refuses to refund me. They say I must now spend money on fuel to return the wrong order so they can refund me. They are now making it my problem because they can't get their employees to pack the correct orders.

11 Jun 2026, 09:31I already contacted PnP and they said I must return the order to the store to get a refund. I'm not going to spend my own money to return something I didn't order. What is the use if I have to drive to the store if I order for delivery. I'm done with ASAP. Sixty60 all the way for me. Never had any issues with them. I had this issue twice now with ASAP.
