ASAP wallet not being paid out and PnP unresponsive

I have been struggling for a week now to get hold of PnP they owe me Money I requested to be paid out from my Wallet on ASAP. I have phoned waisted airtime holding on for over 10min, left voice notes,emails and I am getting no response! This is my money that I need and getting no assistance from PnP to pay back my money, this is theft! Pay my money back. Never will I use the ASAP service again stay away! They have an option on app to select Pay out and nothing comes of it. My consumer rights are being violated and you are *****ing money. Pay My money back it is not yours! Will take this matter further and report this ***** to Ombudsman if no response and assistance to resolve from PnP today.
