Asap turned as slowly as possible

Pick n pay asap - worst customer service. I placed an order on their app at 14h45 and now I am told my order will be delivered the following day.The call centre agent assisting has got some attitude lying about the where about of her superior. The worst part is that they if they refund me the money goes back to their app which I must use again when I buy from the ************* “No longer as soon as possible” app.
