ASAP THE INCONVENIENCE WAY TO SHOP!!!!

I've placed on order on the app for delivery and payment was deducted at 12.21. I also got a notification that the order was canceled. My query got escalated by the manger Anita, this is after speaking to 3 consultants. Anita promised to call me back in 10mins... it's been an hour no feedback and im being told she's on lunch... as a consumer that literally and I mean literally shop at pick n pay DAILY, I will move my business elsewhere!!!!!
