Asap sucks! No lunch this Sunday!

Asap does not work as intended. Checkers are 50% of the time out of stock so no longer use them. Tried Asap and fairly satisfied until today. Ordered a roast and veg at 7:30 and order confirmed to arrive between 9:00 and 10:00. My guests are arriving at 11:00 but now PnP asap will only arrive between 11:00 and 12:00. What a joke and embarrassment. I am holding on their customer service line now …longer than 15 minutes and cannot manage to speak to a consultant. I have the option to leave a voice message …. But can really not wait till Monday or later the week regarding my complaint. What now. Taking my ***es to lunch and PnP will have to pay that bill! Get your house in order PnP!!!! 😡😡😡
