ASAP SERVICE TERRIBLE

was supposed to get a delivery from asap the item was supposed to be here 9.30 i then get a message that they have given it to uber then the uber cancelled now what am i supposed to do? I dont have a car and am waiting on the items not good service no airtime on phone either
