ASAP SERVICE NOT TRUSTWORTHY

You would expect better service from a large group such as the Pick n Pay group. They made a mistake on an ASAP (bottles) order on the 12 August 2021. I reported this instantly and they promised me that it would be sorted out on the same day and that I would be refunded by means of a promo code. This was not done. I phone in again – spoke to another agent – this was not even logged on the 12th August. Once again promised me that it will be sorted out and that they will call me back. Promises again, still no refund. I called in four times, each time again nothing logged on the system. Never again will I order from the bottles app and I will advise people against it as far as I go.
