**** ASAP service

Today I received worst service ever, I usually buy my things using ASAP but yoh today was very bad, very bad. I was supposed to have receive my order at 4:30 and it arrived after 6pm, by 4pm the order was ready waiting for delivery, I tried to cancel my order and I was told that the driver already had my order and it cannot be cancelled which is so unfair, if the order is taking longer than the promised ASAP then we should be allowed to cancel it.... there was nothing ASAP about today's delivery. When I received my chicken wings, they were smelling so bad, very bad to a point that I couldn't even cook them, I was give rotten wings.

I buy a lot via the APP and the service I got doesn't even deserve star.
