ASAP. Seems 15 hour wait!!! Incompetence

ASAP, I ordered at 17h30, shows shopping done, shows wrapping up, and 4 hours later still waiting. No communication to advise they won't be able to deliver. I called the customer care 9 times from 19h33 to 20h31. The calls drop while speaking to an agent, or before I can speak to 1, they all indicate order will be canceled, but no one cancels it. Checkers is the market leaders, pnp ASAP can learn customer service from them. Never ever had such an experience with 6060, pnp ASAP HAS A LONG WAY TO GO. Sent an email as well to cancel my order, please ensure that the money is reversed. PATHETIC cannot even describe it!!!
