ASAP se voet!!! Terrible service

I have NEVER experienced such poor service in ny life. Every time i place an order on Pick n Pat ASAP the order is either incomplete or they deliver hours late. The most frustrating thing is that they do nit process the refunds for missing items and their call centre agents are unprofessional and do not care about customer service. I places an order this morning at 10am and it's almost 2pm and my order hasn't arrived, dispite the app saying its been delivered. I have spoken to 4 people from the call centre who have all been unhelpful... a manager who didnt seem to care. NEVER using this app again. Disgusting service levels
