ASAP se voet

I gave the pick n pay delivery asap app a chance. I thought why not, it's supposed to be convenient. It was Sunday morning and I knew it was probably going to be full as people had just been paid, plus I'm heavily pregnant so running around in the store wasn't ideal. The app kept giving a bit of a problem but that got resolved.

My order finally went through and 1st the delivery guy just hooted outside without the app telling me he's there or him informing me via text or call just the way everyone else does. I was fine with that, I got out and took my plastic bags. He gave me my receipt and left. As I'm packing the groceries I keep ticking on the receipt whats there what's not. Within 15min I get done and realize that everything has arrived, it is only my meat that I didn't get.

I thought it could be a human error, maybe he put the bag in a cooler box or a cooler place in the car and we forgot to take it. Guess what, there's no option to contact the driver. I call the call center quickly, 1st its a long hold and when I got through there was really no assistance at all. That girl told me she'd get back to me as soon as she has feedback. Its Tuesday afternoon and I haven't heard from her. I used the chat to us option on the app, well that's another waste of time. I went to Facebook messenger and haven't been assisted. I sent an email and the response I received said a refund would be made however the amount is incorrect as they only refunding two items of the meat instead of it being 4 items.

Nothing about pick n pay has given me joy. It has been nothing but stress in my sensitive condition. I was planning on cooking a nice lunch for my family only to be disappointed. And instead of resolving my matter urgently, no one could care less. The service is ridiculous and appalling. Leave these delivery options to the experts, all you're doing in messing customers up
