ASAP refund

I have never in my life experience something like this..I purchase meat for Christmas on the ASAP app and they were out of stock, the gave me an alternative list, and I picked for an amount they deducted a different amount.. When I canceled my order and ask for a refund they said 5-10 days still til today no refund.. I was so disgusted with there service and I had to contact them everytime and they just dont have feedback and the team leaders said the will contact you but nothing.. I have wasted R500 airtime on them for my own money.. And the dont care if you need the money or not.
