ASAP, rather never

An order was placed on the ASAP app yesterday, 16/01/2025, at around 4pm. The delivery time stipulated that the goods would be delivered at 5:30pm. We then received a message that the goods would only be received the following morning. The order was not cancelled or even refunded. The order number is ***8. This is total incompetency as no apology or explanation was given for such a delay. All I am saying is that why was the order taken, funds deducted if there was no stock or any reasonable explanation
