ASAP PNP APP - unsatisfacfory

Ordered bulk Pork on 10/08/2022. Meat ripped not cut !! Chops in tethers and ***** of fat off sawing blade inbetween top 3 chops is when I called my domestic and took photos. Meat not suitable for a crocodile. Today 26 SEPT I am still waiting for pnp to collect then I still have to wait a further near 10 days before my PENSION money of R184.65 is refunded. I have made umpteen calls to customer services who are more concerned that I give a 5 star survey rating than DOING SOMETHING TO MANAGER OF PNP FESTIVAL MALL KEMPTON PARK.
