ASAP PNP APP is disgusting and inefficient

The pick n pay ASAP app is the worst app to order your food. I made a order this week the driver brings someone else's order and says he'll go back to the shop to never return. This is what dishonest delivery guys do and the app. It will always say its arrived when there are mistakes or orders not delivered. It needs to be shut down.
