ASAP picknpay poor service especially the support team. They don't do their work

I usually use ASAP picknpay for my shopping bcos I thought it's convenient. Now I had to return some things and they will put the money in you wallet balance. I payout the wallet balance they say 3 to 4 working days and nothing. I have sent the email twice already to the support team yesterday and today and I only receive an sms to say my ticket is closed. And it's bit the first time I get such I poor service from them. Especially if nit happy about an item or they take their own time to deliver your things. When u complain it's wrong. I'm tired of their service
