ASAP pick n pay delivery becareful with your orders!!!!!

I placed a order this morning with asap pnp delivery At 9am said delivery on the way had my phone in my hand as I have to open the gate when they press the intercom....next minute it says delivered but no one has called...i called the call center and they said on my side says it's delivered to my address...I'm still waiting on feed back on them... how can a delivery deliver something at the address you put but you don't get your order????
