ASAP pick n pay complaint. Useless service

So tired of your useless customer service. It's been 3 months that we are struggling to get a refund from ASAP for my mother. The amount is R800. Since Dec 2021 we have emailed 3 of your agents and 2 supervisors who keeps on promising to assist. We will never use ASAP again!!!!!!
