ASAP pick and pay disgusting service

I am disgusted once again. Yesterday I ordered from asap and they marked my items as delivered at 10.14pm yet I have not received it. They took my R690. Someone phoned last night to say they will sort it out today but now when I phone there is no response and my call gets disconnected. Is this app a ****? Last time I had issue where they deliver incorrect goods to Me with no apology. Now they have ****** my money and goods. Checkers service is way more superior and I commend them . The driver can be tracked and when there was error they gave me free goods and apologize. Pick and pay does not care about customer service. So sad as I support them lots.
