Asap out of stock after payment.

I ordered on the app only to reccieve and email of out of stock. My car is out of order and thats why i used the service.

I have a 6 month old baby who needed diapers as she only had enough for the day. I phoned customer service twice and asked that the manager call me but no response.

I then spoke to janine and she promised to call back with a solution as i didnt have any oprions coz i paid for the diapers, the money was not.going to be refunded immediatly.

Pathetic service.
