ASAP order was never delivered

Their ASAP services have been disappointing me but today it was worse. I ordered some few important items around 12 today and around 12:30 I realised that I didn’t change my address from the last one I used when I was admitted in hospital. I called their customer service almost for an hour where no one was picking up..i just kept on saying I should a voicemail. Finally someone picked up and I explained what happened they did they job right as I could see from the app that the address was changed. After waiting for 2 hours the driver called saying he is in hospital where should he leave my order, I told him to return my stuff to the shop and ask them to change the address to Woodlands in Pretoria East its the closest mall to me. I waited the whole day and nothing. I called their customer care line no one was picking up. I was able to get the name of the Pick ‘n Pay that has my order and it was Jean crossing in Centurion. I received their number and called more than 5 times no one picked up. On the app it’s showing as the order was delivered even though I did not receive it. No one has even attempted to call me from the store because they have my number on the app. I am hurt as I had to buy these items again and I lost all my money
