ASAP order paid not delivered, no response
My 1st time using the ASAP app and the order delivered is not mine. Tried calling numerous times and emailing and no response. This is so pathetic, the standard of service sucks. So I paid and don't have my order. I will never support Pick n Pay again

30 Jan 2022, 16:58Good day, please note that my order was delivered yesterday afternoon, the ice cream that I had ordered had to be thrown away as it arrived in milkshake form. The incorrect order that was delivered on Friday has still not been collected.
I have had to make numerous calls at my expense. Pick n Pay has managed to change my mind on online shopping for sure....definitely not a pleasant experience!
