ASAP Order - Not received - Inv #048194 Order No. ***
So dissapointed in PnP New Redruth, Alberton. As this is the 3rd time that I dont get all my items ordered and in this case no order received and the total is almost R675. 00. A message popped up delivered. Calling them, Iwas told it was delivered. These guys cannot read. Our home number is clearly marked close to the street, and the no does say 26 Bulpin. So not sure where our items was delivered to. PnP seems to be deteriating and not care for customers. People want work and this is what thwy do...

22 Mar 2023, 14:17Ref: ***. The very sad part here is I was promised on two occasions my delivery will be done the next day between 8 and 9 the morning. I made various calls to the store, but the telephone line was just ringing. Still Nothing till 14h30. Eventually my son came from work, drove to the store where he had to wait for them to get stuff ready to take. They should really refund my delivery and driver tip. All of this as who ever marked the packets wrote a wrong address or maybe there is someone that cannot read.
