ASAP order not received almost 24 hours

Good day I placed my order 25 /04/2025 @ 15:17. It is now 26/04/2025 11:29.No communication from Pnp Stellenbosch or ASAP. Order still shows wrapping up and I can't do anything about it. Stellenbosch does not pick up their phone neither ASAP. I had to send an email and will probably get an answer Monday or Tuesday, yet I am out or 2000.

I already know I will get a we are sorry, do sick of it.

Please cancel my order refund my money so that I can delete this app.
