ASAP ORDER NOT RECEIVED

I ordered on the ASAP App, my order took longer than expected, when i phoned the call center they couldn't get hold of the store to understand the delay.. I asked my husband to drive to the store as the order was just stuck on waiting for driver. O my suprise my order was redirected to another store which is far from where I stay. I phoned the customer service again and they told me my order was received by Wonderpark instead of Philip Nel Park and they didn't have a solution for me as Wonderpark store is closed. This is really frustrating for me because now I am suffering because of internal glitches that happened and I have to be told by the Philip Nel manager that he can't do anything to solution for my situation. Airtime wasted, petrol wasted. Zinhle from the customer service had the decency of dropping my call when I needed solutions to my order. So I am asking Pnp to kindly refund me my money ASAP because their ASAP was not ASAP today.
