ASAP order items not received

My order with ASAP was delivered hours late and a fee items were missing when I received the order . I logged a call yet my complaint has not been resolved. How do I pay for items not received. Order # ***3. I'm a customer but thr service is just poor and unacceptable. Kind Regards Husain ***
