Asap order from irene village mall order number ***

I place as asap order from irene village mall at 10h57. It is currently 14h13 and I haven't recieved my order. I have called their call center twice with no assistance just that the order is coming. I called tbe store they dont even bother to answer the call. What level of service is this? I have never wanted to delete an app so much
