ASAP not so ASAP

placed an order on Pick n Pay ASAP app on Monday 30 September 2024 @18:08. Order was NOT delivered. Tuesday morning at 11:30 the driver called and said she is out side, I told her I had ordered the previous day and I was at work but was happy to come and receive her, 10 min later I get home and driver was nowhere to found. I called her and she said she had gone back to east and mall as she is not allowed to wait. I have since been emailing the customer support who email back and say my ticked has been resolved. I have furnished them with the driver’s number, still they say my order was delivered. Where was it delivered to?
