ASAP NOT SO ASAP!

I ordered groceries from Pnp asap on the 1st of Aug at 16:15 , Pnp only delivered the following day after 10:00 am without explanation nor notification.I was the one making calls to them, they just told me they didn’t have drivers to deliver my stuff because it required a car??? I was offered a R50 promo code for the inconvenience?. I am disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I received from the so called ASAP!
