ASAP not ASAP absolute terrible service
Placed an order on the ASAP App at 10:19 this morning and it's now 13:42 and still waiting for delivery. Every time I go into the app, the delivery time moves on by another 30 minutes. Absolutely terrible service!!! Rather using Checkers 60 Sixty. They definitely deliver on time within 60 minutes

I canceled the order with your customer service department at 13:47 which was not done, and the delivery guy was at my house with the 'canceled order' at 15:30! I sent him back with the order and I demand a full refund including my tip for the driver. I placed an order with Checkers 60 sixty and they delivered within 30 minutes so there is no excuse for poor *********** service.
I missed your 1 attempt at a phone call because I was feeding my dogs.
