ASAP not ASAP...

ASAP order placed yesterday not delivered despite contacting the client support centre and mails that was sent. Will not support them again. FNB suggested I use them as a business partner to earn loyalty points, will rather use another retailer in future. The ASAP app on my phone shows "delivered", I have not receive anything.
