ASAP not as asap as they claim to be

I placed an order on ASAP on Sunday 26 January 2025….the delivery time kept being amended then I was told my order could not be delivered and my wallet will be refunded but then later on the app it showed my order was delivered. I have not received my order nor my wallet refund. I have sent numerous emails with no response. I always order on Pnp Asap and it is the first time I’m experiencing such and I am highly disappointed. Could this urgently be attended to?
